to fit into the plenum area of an office or restaurant dining room. The Airwash
can also work independently of the room's normal circulation system
Closet/Attic Installation
Some furnaces in warmer climate areas are installed
in a tiny room or closet, leaving no room for an air filtration system. In cases
such as these, an Amaircare® 2500HV Airwash system can be installed in the
attic, above the furnace. Most of these types of installations will run the
heated air throughout the house via the attic. The air can be ducted into the
air filtration system and back into the main duct to deliver cleaner air
throughout the home.
Attic Installation
Some houses have the furnace in the attic. The
Airwash system can easily be installed into either the cold air return or the
warm air outflow of the furnace, to deliver clean air throughout the
home.
Clean Room

Amaircare Chem Bio Airwash System
Designed because of the new Chemical and
Biological dangers. The Chembio Airwash downdraft HEPA sorting station for use
in secured rooms in conjunction with proper masks and gloves for maximum
protection from possible threats. The ChemBio Airwash is a HEPA
filtration system that creates a down-flow of air on a sorting surface, that
leads directly into two HEPA filters. Possible particulate hazards such as
Chemicals or Bio-Matter are forced into the HEPA filter. Each filter has 100 ft
of HEPA paper to allow maximum airflow. The clean air out can be ducted to
create a negative pressure in the room (so any contaminates that do end up in
the room, stay there to be drawn into the ChemBio Airwash). For maximum
protection, items should be directed to a sealed room with a ChemBio Airwash
system in use. The operator would use latex gloves and appropriate masking. Any
items would be inspected and/or opened directly on the ChemBio Airwash’s
downdraft HEPA sorting surface. Using Amaircare®’s Dual-HEPA design,

Customized Gas and Odor Control The GCX Series is IQAir’s highest capacity air cleaner range with customized filters for specific gaseous contaminants and odors. Just like a professional gas mask, IQAir maximizes filter efficiency for different gases and odors by offering the right filter cartridge. The main difference between the GCX and its smaller sibling the GC is, that the GCX contains 25 lbs. of gas phase media while the GC Series contains 12 lbs. In addition the GCX Series features larger pre- and post-particle filters. As a result the maximum air delivery of the GCX is about 20% higher than that of the GC.
Gas Cartridge Technology Each IQAir® GCX model contains four reusable filter cartridges with up to 25 lbs. of gas phase media. A wide range of differently formulated cartridges are available to maximize the filtration efficiency for different types of gaseous contaminants. Since IQAir® gas filter cartridges are reusable, replacing them is not only economical, but also environmentally friendly.
High-Efficiency Particulate Filtration The particulate filtration GCX units complements the gaseous filtration process by removing over 97% of particles before they can reach the gas phase media. This increases the efficiency and life of the media by preventing its pores from clogging. The GXC units' overall filtration efficiency for particles is 97% at .3 microns. The post filter is electrostatically charged to trap particulate pollutants and microorganisms (bacteria and viruses)

Each IQAir® Cleanroom system can be used as arecirculation device or it can be combined with IQAir's ducting adaptersInFlow W125 or OutFlow W125 to create positive and negative pressureenvironments. The IQAir® Dental Hg FlexVac is a mobile air cleaning system with a flexible suction arm. It is designed to capture drill aerosols, abrasion powder and mercury vapors during dental procedures. The pollutants are captured by a flexible suction duct before they can spread to other areas in the room.

Customized Gas and Odor Control The GC MultiGas is compact and customized for specific gaseous contaminants and odors. Just like a professional gas mask, IQAir maximizes filter efficiency for different gases and odors by offering the right filter cartridge. And while gas and odor control is a particular strength of these systems, the GC Series also offers excellent filtration efficiency for particles.
Gas Cartridge Technology The MultiGas uses four reusable filter cartridges to hold up to 12 lbs. of gas phase media. The cylindrical shape of these cartridges allows for optimum contact between the air and gas phase media, which ensure high removal efficiencies. The large surface area of the cartridges enables high air flow rates. Since IQAir gas filter cartridges are reusable, replacing them is not only economical, but also environmentally friendly.
High-Efficiency Particulate Filtration The particulate filtration GC units complements the gaseous filtration process by removing over 97% of particles before they can reach the gas phase media. This increases the efficiency and life of the media by preventing its pores from clogging. The GC units' overall filtration efficiency for particles is 97% at .3 microns. The OutFlow W125 kit allows filtered air from any IQAir® filtration device to be directed through a wall or window vent. The OutFlow W125 kit can be used to:
create clean areas
deliver filtered air into cleanrooms or to the outside
create negative pressure areas
create positive pressure areas
Clean Area and Cleanroom Use
The supply of filtered air into an environment helps reduce air pollution in that environment by dilution and the creation of positive pressure, which reduces the infiltration of polluted air from outside the environment. With the OutFlow W125 kit, the filtration device is positioned outside the clean area or cleanroom, saving valuable space and reducing noise exposure. It also eliminates the danger of housing leakage, making it suitable even for certified cleanrooms.
Emission Control
Legislation limits the emission of polluted air to the outdoors. The OutFlow W125 filters air before it is exhausted outdoors to help meet environmental emission standards.
Isolation Areas
Infection control (e.g. tuberculosis) in hospitals and similar facilities demands the creation of negative pressure environments to reduce the spread of airborne microorganisms. The OutFlow W125 permits operation of the filter unit from within the isolation area, eliminating the danger of housing leakage into the surrounding area.
The OutFlow W125 kit easily modifies any IQAir filtration unit. Simply replace the top module of any standard IQAir filtration unit with the TopFlow adapter. All that is needed to install the ducting, wall tube and vent is a 5.2" opening in a wall or window. The OutFlow W125 kit also includes a damper and a protective mesh grille which prevents backdrafts and entry of coarse particles when the system is not in use. The large 5" diameter of the ducting ensures low air resistance.
The aluminum duct may be freely flexed to allow control over the desired vent location. It is expandable in length from 10" in its original compressed state to 39" when fully extended.

Customized Gas and Odor Control The GCX Series is IQAir’s highest capacity air cleaner range with customized filters for specific gaseous contaminants and odors. Just like a professional gas mask, IQAir maximizes filter efficiency for different gases and odors by offering the right filter cartridge. And while gas and odor control are a particular strength of these systems, the GCX Series also offers excellent filtration efficiency for particles.
The main difference between the GCX and its smaller sibling the GC is, that the GCX contains 25 lbs. of gas phase media while the GC Series contains 12 lbs. In addition the GCX Series features larger pre- and post-particle filters. As a result the maximum air delivery of the GCX is about 20% higher than that of the GC.
Gas Cartridge Technology Each IQAir® GCX model contains four reusable filter cartridges with up to 25 lbs. of gas phase media. A wide range of differently formulated cartridges are available to maximize the filtration efficiency for different types of gaseous contaminants. Since IQAir® gas filter cartridges are reusable, replacing them is not only economical, but also environmentally friendly.
High-Efficiency Particulate Filtration The particulate filtration GCX units complements the gaseous filtration process by removing over 97% of particles before they can reach the gas phase media. This increases the efficiency and life of the media by preventing its pores from clogging. The GXC units' overall filtration efficiency for particles is 97% at .3 microns. The post filter is electrostatically charged to trap particulate pollutants and microorganisms (bacteria and viruses)
