NOTES: Foods to Avoid:
1. Fruits like bangan (eggplant), Bhindi (Lady's finger/Okra) Arbi (Coco Asia), Kachalu (Cesculent roots). All vegetables which contain edible seeds. Tomato (unripened), Raspberry and Massor ki Dall (Egyptian Lentil) all these types of products make the blood dirty. These should be avoided.
2. Try to avoid Products that are hot by nature and increase Pitta, which causes Urticaria and other skin diseases.
To pacify the pitta (fire) use of Guduchi is also beneficial.
3. Try to reduce the consumption of hot spices
4. Try to avoid consumption of Alcohol, Wine and Beer. Their excessive use increases the blood impurities, resulting in surface acidity like hot flashes and/or sudden attacks of needle-prickling- like feeling over the whole body/skin. Leaving behind very small red spots, which eventually disappear. The person, who gets this, feels like getting out of all his clothes and prefers to get himself in a cool place. Skin is the largest cleaner of our body and blood is its medium. There are other cleansing systems in our body like bowel movement; the lungs, liver, kidneys, and gallbladder have a part in eliminating waste from the body.
